Scofflaw Cop Parks by Fire Lane in Placerville

So my friend and I were out celebrating and we came across this. A scofflaw cop, not only parking next to a red curb when there is no emergency, but he was also parked more than 18 inches from this curb. As I understand it, in California you must park within 18 inches of any curb.

 

Way to set an example there guys. Not only was he in everyone's way, but what if there was an emergency?

 

Why is it these police are held to a double standard? We the people would get ticketed right away and have to pay all kinds of fines and that's not including our time, which I guarantee is more valuble than the fine.

 

Lately, there are all kinds of people getting ticketed, stopped and searched. Why is it that it takes an economy crash and a lack of revenue for the police to start doing their jobs? Why weren't they getting off their asses and 'busting' people before then? No really, I want to know.

 

Enough is enough. I'm tired of the hypocrisy and I know many others feel the same way. The Neo Illuminati is here and we're cleaning up this town.
