For the harassers, one law they are suspected of breaking is: Illegal Wiretapping. This is California Penal Code 631 and 632. If across state lines, then it's a Federal charge. This is 18 U.S. Code § 2511. Interception and disclosure of wire, oral, or electronic communications.

Additional charges include, but aren't limited to:

• Stalking

• Harassment

• Intimidation

• Criminal Threats (Formerly known as Terrorist Threat)

• Murder

• Attempted Murder

• Aggravated Assault

• Sexual Assault

• Sexual Harassment

• Fraud

• Identity Theft

• Child Abuse

Sex crimes involving minors may apply if the victim was underage during the time of the harassment.

Aiding and Abetting. Prosecutors can charge you as an aider and abettor when you know the perpetrator's plans, encourage and/or facilitate those plans, and promote, aid, or instigate the crime.

Conspiracy charges may apply. A conspiracy is legally defined as "two or more persons". It doesn't matter if they have met or know each other. They are talking among themselves and exchanging ideas.

Hate crime charges may apply if they are using racist themes and specifically attacking you based on your race or religion.

Hacking charges may apply if they are spying on you while you're on the computer. It is an alternate method of hacking because they are obtaining information from your computer while listening to you while you're using it. It doesn't matter if it's your email password or just reading the news on Twitter.

They are using illegal third party software to break into the communications system without creating an account. They may not create an account, as it is not open to the public. This violates the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

In California, they are in violation of Penal Code 653m PC, regarded as "Annoying Phone Calls". While the law may have "phone calls" in its name, the law itself includes using an "electronic communication device".

They may also be found guilty of Penal Code 646.9 PC, regarding cyberstalking. This includes "harassing or threatening another person to the point where that individual fears for his/her safety or the safety of his/her family. When those threats or harassment are communicated via:

• The Internet

• E-mail

• Text Messages

• The phone (either cellular or landline)

• A fax machine

• A video message

• Or ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICE

Terrorism charges may apply. In some cases, this fits the very definition of Terrorism. For example, according to sources, one political goal was to get guns taken away. This was done via mass shooting events which attacked innocent civilians. What else is a mass shooting other than a terrorist attack?

Perpetrators may also be violating the RICO Act since they are at times acting as a criminal organization. Acting as an organization, they even call themselves "Rapists". Under the law, the meaning of racketeering activity is set out at 18 U.S.C. § 1961. As currently amended it includes:

Any violation of state statutes against gambling, murder, kidnapping, extortion, arson, robbery, bribery, dealing in obscene matter, or dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical (as defined in the Controlled Substances Act)

Human Trafficking charges may apply. The Department of Homeland Security defines Human Trafficking as: "modern-day slavery and involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act."

The murder charge applies in the cases of so-called "suicides". If there is an external influence telling you to "kill yourself" day in and day out for months on end, then it is not a suicide, it's a murder. If there is no external influence and someone commits suicide, then it's only a suicide.

Laws may vary by state or country. Consult credible sources for your local law information.

Using the SynTel communications system is at a cost of $1000 per SECOND. Not per minute, not per hour, but per SECOND. It is intentionally kept expensive because poor people who can't afford it only seem to talk about the latest Katy Perry and Taylor Swift gossip.

The SynTel is for Official Use ONLY. It literally takes a second or two to relay important instructions or commands over the SynTel so the price is not all that outrageous. It's not meant for constant chatter 24/7.

Some may argue that this price is extortion, but it isn't. There is no law that governs how much someone can charge for something. If Walmart decided to sell a toilet plunger for one million dollars, then they can. If you do not agree to this price, then you buy your plunger at another store. It only becomes extortion if someone is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to buy the million dollar plunger.

This is TRILLION dollar equipment. Not million, not billion, but TRILLION. The cost to launch a rocket can exceed $500 million or more. That's not even getting into the expense to research and build the satellites, hardware, software, or pay the employees. There is also a power bill and maintenance costs. This doesn't just appear out of thin air, nor does it maintain itself.

The SynTel communication system is better than a cell phone. It's waterproof, and you can't lose it. It has video calls better than Skype or Facetime and is capable of handling 4k video and above. That includes 8k, 16k, and is built to handle definitions that even aren't out yet. This is including simultaneous high definition audio. It has extremely high bandwidth in order to not only handle this, but multiple calls at once.

This is for Navy SEALs so they can communicate while diving underwater. This is for soldiers who have been caught behind enemy lines and thrown in a POW camp while being stripped of all their equipment.

This communications system remains active and functional even during a national disaster like a hurricane. This is for relaying instructions during a last-minute meteor strike. This was built during the Cold War and is for advising civilians on where to seek shelter during a nuclear attack.

Whether you believe in aliens or not, the government believes in the possibility of them and wants to plan accordingly. We don't know what kind of life is out there and if it's hostile or not. What if the aliens invaded tomorrow?

How are we supposed to communicate with each other and increase the survival odds of the Human race if people are breaking into it being more concerned with what the Victim had for dinner and telling them to kill themselves?

This is advanced equipment. It's not given to some regular Joe Blow off the street. It's extremely expensive, high-tech, and classified. Something a government likes to keep quiet about. No wonder nobody has heard of it over the last 30+ years.

Not only is breaking into it endangering national security, but all illegality aside, it's just plain rude. Where's the introduction? Where is the small talk? Where is the "Hey! How are you doing today? What's the weather like?" It's just nosing into people's business and telling them to commit suicide all day long.

Judges hate rude people.
