September 30th, 2026, 2:49 pm Rumor has it that at some time around the 70s and 80s, during the Cold War, the CIA approached the Lockheed Corporation, who tasked them with "building a Human" as part of Lockheed's highly classified Advanced Development Programs, also known as "Skunk Works". Just so there's no misunderstanding: the American Central Intelligence Agency wanted an airplane manufacturer to design a person. Supposedly, it wa
